摘要:
虚拟仿真软件系统验证大型自动化车间的设计方案有很好的效果。但是面对现实车间设计早期的仿真涉及较大的返工工作量,文中以快速、准确、可扩展为目标,提出了模块化的自动化制造车间虚拟仿真方法( VSFMA)模型。通过Visual Components软件的二次开发,对多种布局和物流方案进行定性和定量的直观分析评价,并将Visual Components的可重构制造单元应用在新建自动化制造车间的布局与物流设计中,完成了一个回转体工件自动加工装配流水线车间的模拟仿真,并取得了显著效果
Abstract:
Virtual simulation software system to verify the design of large-scale automation workshop,has a good effect. But faced the early simulation of a real plant design involves a large of rework efforts,with the rapid,accurate and can be expanded as target,put for-ward a new VSFMA model for a modular simulation design. Through Visual Components ( VC) software system in the second develop-ment,adopt qualitative and quantitative analysis and evaluation for a variety of layout and plan of logistics,and apply the reconfigurable manufacturing unit of VC into the design of layout and logistics in the new automatic manufacturing plant,has completed a simulation of a rotary work piece automatic processing and assembly line workshop,achieving good effects
