摘要:
针对现实中事物的不确定性和复杂性以及人类认识思维的模糊性,评价多属性群决策问题的数据以模糊语言给出,定义相应的三角模糊函数表达方式以模糊语言评估指标并给出,提出一种广义的导出有序加权平均(GIOWA)算子,各方案的属性评价数据进行集结是按照评价专家所给出,利用GIOWA算子的多属性群决策方法进行了实例分析,最后,通过仿真算例说明GIOWA算子的多属性决策方法在高校师资配置评价方法上具有可行性和有效性
Abstract:
For complexity and uncertainty of objective things and fuzzy awareness of human,the data of evaluating multiple attribute group decision-making problems is given with fuzzy language,define the corresponding triangular fuzzy function expression is given in e-valuation indicators of fuzzy language,a Generally Induced Ordered Weighted Averaging (GIOWA) operator is presented. The scheme e-valuation attributes data in gathering is given by the evaluation experts,using method of multi-attribute group decision-making of the GIOWA operator carry on the instance analysis. At last,through simulation examples illustrate the multiple attribute decision-making method of the GIOWA operator has the feasibility and effectiveness for college teachers configuration evaluation method
