摘要:
针对传统人工管理方法在高校学科竞赛管理上存在效率低、易出错等局限性,提出了高校竞赛管理系统的信息化需求和系统功能.通过调查和分析高校学科竞赛的管理内容和工作流程,整合网络技术、工作流技术和数据库技术在. Net平台上设计和实现了高校竞赛管理系统,该系统可以展示竞赛相关信息以及实现竞赛申报审批的无纸化工作流管理.系统运行情况表明,该系统能够使学科竞赛管理的各个环节达到网络化和规范化管理,较大程度上减少了竞赛管理的工作量,节约了人力和物力成本,提高了学科竞赛管理的工作效率,具有较好的现实借鉴意义
Abstract:
For the limitations of the traditional artificial management method in academic competition in colleges,put forward competition management information system's demand and system function. Through the investigation and analysis of academic competition manage-ment's content and workflow,integrating network technology,workflow technology and database technology in the . Net platform to de-sign and realize the academic competition management system,the system can display competition information and realize the paperless workflow management of competition application and approval. System operation shows that the system can make the academic competi-tion management to be networked and standardized,to reduce the competition management workload,save the human and material costs and improve work efficiency of academic competition,so it has the good practical significance
