摘要:
本设计从各种用户的角度分析了系统应提供的服务,对审批系统的功能需求作了全面的分析,给出了相应的流程图。系统设计基于B/S系统架构,利用UML建立了相应的UML用例图,并进行了科学全面的数据库设计,给出了部分E—R图和核心表结构。最后采用ASP.NET等技术,以VisualStudio2005为开发环境、SQLServer2005为数据库,设计并实现了基于Web的达县网上行政审批系统,为最终实现达县电子政务一体化、提高达县行政审批办事效率及方便达县人民和企业做出贡献
Abstract:
The online approval system is one of the important e-government executive functions. Taking into account the rapid economic development and changes in demand for making the administrative examination and approval of changing lmake full consideration and analysis of services of the Daxian of administrative examination and approval from the perspective of various users' s needs, and make a comprehensive analysis of functional requirements of approval system, and draw a corresponding flow chart. System design is based on B/ S architecture, use UML to establish the corresponding UML use case diagram, and conduct a comprehensive scientific database design, give some of the E-R diagram and the core table structure. Finally,use the ASP. NET and other technologies in Visual Studio 2005 as a system development environment, SQL Server 2005 as database to achieve the Web-based e-government administrative examination and approval system. It is of benefit in the eventual integration of e-government of Daxian and improving the efficiency of administrative examination, also make a effect on servicing for all oeoole and businesses
