摘要:
脊柱手术因其复杂性所以治疗困难。为了使医生可以方便地对患者的病患部位进行观察分析、制定手术方案并随时进行手术模拟,使用虚拟现实技术,利用CT断层图像DICOM格式的原始数字图像数据,提出了使用ITK、VTK等开发工具设计虚拟手术系统平台的思想。对原始数据进行预处理和图像分割获取三维重建的数据信息,进而快速地建立几何形态精准、解剖形态完整的高精度脊柱骨三维有限元模型,最终帮助医生在三维环境下进行多方位多角度观察分析和交互操作,确定及时、准确的诊断和手术方案
Abstract:
Treatment of spinal surgery is difficult because of its complexity.In order to easily observe and analyze the parts of patients,make a operative proposal and surgical simulation virtual at any time,use virtual reality technology and CT slice images of DICOM format as original digital,propose the virtual surgery system platform design ideas making use of ITK,VTK and other development tools.Preprocess the original data to obtain three-dimensional reconstruction and image segmentation data information,and then quickly create accurate geometry,the complete anatomy of high-precision three-dimensional finite element model of the spine,and ultimately help doctors in the three-dimensional environment with multi-directional multi-angle analysis and interaction to determine the timely and accurate diagnosis and surgical programs
