摘要:: 视频监控系统是以计算机技术为核心,结合先进的多媒体技术、网络通讯技术、压缩编码技术的一种远程监控系统。基于GPRS传输的视频监控系统为任意时间任何地点的监控提供了一种方式。对基于GPRS传输的视频监控系统的整体结构进行了设计,分析了主要的功能模块;在视频监控系统的客户端软件开发过程中,通过对音频流与视频流的分离,消除了音频流与视频流间的相互影响;采用向量技术、临界区线程同步技术实现了客户端软件的多路视频监控,并给出了关键部分的实现代码

Abstract:: Video monitoring system,which is based on computer technology and combined with multimedia technology,network communication technology,compression coding technology,is a kind of remote monitoring system.The GPRS-based video monitoring system provides a way to monitor the scene on the spot at anytime and anywhere.The system structure of the video monitoring system based on GPRS is designed and the main function modules are analyzed.In the client software development of the video monitoring system,the audio stream is separated from the video stream so as to eliminate the interaction.Then multi-channel video monitoring is implemented using the technology of the vector,the critical section and the codes of key parts are given
