通过分析目前汽车制造企业物流供应链业务现状,结合生产物流中进行联合库存管理的理论方法,再造相关业务流程,在此基础上设计了一种利用RFID技术采集供应链信息辅助决策的解决方案。该方案以汽车制造企业为中心,在汽车总装制造物流中运用看板管理方法,结合RFID技术采集供应链信息,改进了汽车生产供应链作业模式。有助于丰富准时制生产的内涵,提高汽车制造企业的物流信息化水平和生产效率,平衡敏捷制造供应链供求双方的权责问题,大幅降低物流成本

Through analysis of the current automobile's manufacturer status of the logistics supply chain,integrating a joint logistics in the production of the theory idea of inventory management,rebuliding related business processes,on this basis,design a supply chain using RFID technology to collect information on the application of decision-making model.The program is centered automobile manufacturers.It uses Kanban management methods in the automotive assembly manufacturing logistics,which combined with RFID technology to collect supply chain information.At the same time,the program improves automobile manufacturing supply chain mode of operation.Help to enrich the connotation of JIT production,automobile manufacturing enterprises to improve the level of logistics information and production efficiency,to strike a balance between supply and demand's powers and responsibilities in agile manufacturing supply chain,dramatically reducing the logistics costs
