在参阅相关文献的基础上，对Pal-King模糊算法进行了改进，提出了自适应阚值的图像模糊边缘检测算法，并将其应用于海洋浮游植物细胞图像识别中；此外图像的预处理中采用了自适应的相对模糊增强，其对边缘信息进行相对增强的同时，也有效地抑制了噪声，对边缘检测的效果有了很大的改善；最后将算法结果与canny算子，Pal-King算子所做的边缘检测结果进行比较，显示出较好的效果。
