摘要:
三维注册方法是增强现实系统研究的一个重要方面。现有的三维注册方法普遍采用已知标识完成任务;但存在明显的局限性,它必须保证真实场景中标识的可见性。提出了一种基于ARToolKit中规则标识与自然纹理特征的三维注册方法。该方法只在离线图像处理阶段使用一次已知标识就可以完成三维注册,并不需要保证实时注册阶段标识可见,即便纹理部分被遮挡仍能正确注册。这种新方法能够大大提高增强现实系统的适用性
Abstract:
The research of registration is an important aspect in augmented reality systems. Special markers are used in several existing registration methods which strongly depend on the visibility of markers in the real scene. In this paper, present a registration method based on marker in ARToolKit and natural texture feature. It can realize the registration successfully using the marker only once on the off - line image analysis phase, without the visibility of marker on real - time registration phase. It works well even when part of texture is occluded. The new method can greatly improve applicability of augmented reality systems
