分析了政务信息发布系统在电子政务建设中的作用,简要介绍了CORBA的体系结构,并在一般三层Web系统的基础上,提出了利用Java和CORBA相结合的多层Web结构的方法来构建政务信息发布系统。这一系统充分利用了Java语言的跨平台性,结合CORBA的分布计算框架结构和基于CORBA的系统集成技术,克服了扩展性差、重用性差、服务器负载过重等缺点,实现了异构政务系统信息的互操作性

Analyzes the function of information publishing system in constructing E - government first and introduces the architecture of CORBA simply. Then,on the base of usual three layers Web system,a Java/CORBA- based E - government information publishing system is introduced. It makes good use of the platform- independence ability of Java language, CORBA＇ s distributed calculate architecture, and CORBA- based system integration,and makes the system more reusable,expandable and lower load. This system implements the interoperability of E - government system which is based on common object request broker architecture
