对MPEG_4视频编码的关键技术——运动估计算法进行了研究和改进。在传统的运动估计算法MVFAST的基础上,提出了一种快速运动估计算法,能够在没有明显降低图像质量的条件下,获得更快的编码速率
Abstract:
Focuses on the key technique of MPEG_4 CODEC. Studies and improves motion estimate and compensation algorithm. Based on of conventional motion estimate algorithm （MVFAST）, put forwards a motion estimate algorithm and has been able to obtain a faster coding velocity under no decline in quality of the picture
