摘要:
中国要最终实现国家数字图书馆建设之目标，必须确定国家数字图书馆建设发展战略．正确实施相关战略，使国内的图书馆领域广泛合作与协调，这均是应该认真研究的重大课题。文中主要立足于国内外有关数字图书馆的理论与实践，结合中国图书馆事业发展的具体情况，对中国数字图书馆建设问题等进行集中研究。简述了数字图书馆的概念．并与传统图书馆进行对比，简要介绍数字图书馆国内外发展现状；提出目前中国数字图书馆建设中存在的问题，指出相应的对策；展望了中国数字图书馆未来发展战略
Abstract:
A To achieve ultimate goal of building national digital library, must determine the national development strategy of digital library building,correctly implement the relevant strategies for extensive library areas of cooperation and coordination, which are the major issue that people should seriously study. This should primarily be based on relevant and the theory and practice of digital libraries, library development of the cause of specific situation in China, such as building a centralized digital library research. Summarized the digital library concept, and carries on the contrast with the traditional library, briefly briefs the digital library domestic and foreign development present situation. Proposed digital library construction exists the question at the present in China, points out the corresponding countermeasure. Forecast the Chinese developmental strategy of digital library in future
