摘要:
医学多模图像配准技术是实现非同源图像的信息融合的前提条件和关键步骤。数字人断层影像学的3种图像数据(彩色切片数据、CT和MRI数据)本质上都是医学图像。基于多模图像信息互补的思路,通过将数字人的两种源图像(彩色切片和MRI图像)进行统一分辨率、维数和去噪等预处理后,提取有效轮廓信息,计算图像的周长、质心和主轴作为配准参数,利用仿射模型实现数字人多模图像的配准,为信息融合工作提供准确的图像信息。解决了关键的技术难题。由实验结果可以看出,配准算法准确,实现处理速度快,图像特征精确,图像配准的目标已达到
Abstract:
The technique of registration is the precondition and the key step before image fusion. The three images data of VHP (virtual human project) is essential medical images. This paper has developed a serial of methods from time - frequency theory, such as wavelet transform, gray image fusion etc to enhance the image data and make the multimodal data suitable for image fusion. After turning the color slice image of virtual human to gray image, this study got the result of image registration between the two images from different data source (MRI and slice image) using a registration method based on the image edge and the eigenvalue of the edge. The conclusion can be made that this method is clear, effective and fast - speed. The objective of image registration has been accomplished, and the study has achieved a satisfied result
