摘要:
随着移动通信从2G向3G的过渡,各种增值业务需求大大提高,其中的定位业务更是成为其中的主力军。为了弥补传统GPS定位昂贵、响应慢等不足,文中论述了几种利用GSM网络现有资源就可以进行快速的粗定位的模型和实现原理,包括基于小区识别号定位和三角定位等方法,并针对三角定位中的增强型观测时间差(E-OTD)定位方法提出了两种不同的计算模型。通过比较,可以发现这些GSM粗定位比传统的GPS定位在某些方面有了很大改善,但这些定位方法仍然有很多不足
Abstract:
Along with the transition of mobile communication from 2G to 3G, the demand of value - added services has been increasing. Location based service is one of the most important value- added services. To make up the shortages(such as costliness and long time responding) of the traditional GPS location,this article demonstrates several coarse location models and implementation elements by using resources of GSM network, including Cell ID based location and triangle location methods. Also it brings forward two different computing models aiming at E - OTD location methods. Via comparison it could be concluded that GSM coarse location is better than the traditional GPS location in some aspects,but it also has some problems to be resolved
