摘要:: 为了能更好地支持财务费用的决策管理，针对财务信息具有的动态模糊性特点，将动态模糊逻辑（DFL）技术应用到财务费用监管系统中，以实现动态模糊数据的表示、处理和动态模糊逻辑的推理过程。文章简要介绍了动态模糊逻辑和动态模糊数据库的基本概念；阐述了基于DFL的财务费用监管系统的体系结构、功能模块及其实现技术和方法；最后总结了系统具有的优势。该系统的应用研为人们用计算机处理这类问题提供了一定的帮助

Abstract:: For supporting the decision management of the finance expenses better, according to the dynamic fuzzy characteristics of the finance information,DFL （dynamic fuzzy logic）technique is applied to finance expenses taking charge of the system to realize the dynamic fuzzy data expression, handles and reasoning. The fundamental conception of dynamic fuzzy logic and dynamic fuzzy database is introduced. And the structure, function module and realizing method of the system are expounded. Finally advantages of the system is summarized in this paper. The application study of the system can provide a great help for handling this type of problem with computer
