广域高性能计算网络中的拥塞会导致出现数据包时延增加、丢包率增加、上层应用系统下降等问题。 网络拥塞控制是关系到电力通信中广域高性能计算网络进行数据传输的关键性问题。 目前大多数的拥塞控制方案并不能保证具有多流传输的广域高性能计算网络的服务质量,经常会出现资源分配不均以及资源利用率不高的问题。 针对这一问题,提出了一种基于端到端的多流感知算法的混合拥塞控制方案,其不需要复杂的网络信令或路由状态,仅对共享链路瓶颈进行适当的检测并对子流的攻击性进行管理,通过引入参数来控制所有子流的增长间隔和增长速率,可以解决多流连接中的兼容性与资源利用率的权衡问题。 仿真结果表明,该混合多流拥塞控制机制可以提高广域高性能计算网络的资源利用率,并且保证了兼容性。
Abstract:
Network congestion in wide area high-performance computing networks can lead to the increase of packet delay and packet loss and the decrease of upper application system. Network congestion control is a key problem in the data transmission of wide area high-performance computing networks in power communication. At present,most of the congestion control schemes cannot guarantee the quality of service of wide-area high-performance computing networks with multi-flow transmission,and there will be uneven distribution of resources and low resource utilization. In order to solve the problem,we propose a hybrid congestion control scheme based on an end-toend multi-flow sensing algorithm. It achieves this by detecting shared physical bottlenecks and managing aggressiveness appropriately,without requiring complex network signaling or adding state to routers. The scheme controls the growth interval and the growth rate of all sub-streams by introducing a parameter,which can solve the multi-flow connection compatibility and resource utilization trade-off. The simulation shows that the hybrid multi-flow congestion control mechanism can improve the resource utilization of wide-area high-performance computing network and ensure the compatibility.
