摘要:
针对目前大部分车牌定位算法缺乏对光照条件的适应性以及对不同底色车牌的定位率有差异的缺点,提出一种改进方法。采用“多重搜寻”定位算法,综合利用车牌纹理和颜色信息,并采用游标式浮动区间自适应处理阈值。对高速公路路口实拍的各种情况车牌图片共计两千四百五十张进行实验,定位成功率约为99%,在P41.8G CPU、512MB内存的台式计算机Matlab环境下平均定位时间小于0.15秒/帧。提高了定位的准确率和鲁棒性,定位速度也满足实时性要求
Abstract:
Aiming at the disadvantages of most license plate localization methods which are short of illumination adaptability and discriminate plate color, an improved method was put forward. Adopt multi - layer ,searching arithmetic which integrates textttre with color, and using a floating threshold. Test 2450 frame pictures take from freeway crossing, the localization rate is about 99%, running time less than 0.15 s/frame under Matlab with P4 1.8G CPU/512MB. This improved method improves the localization rate and flexibility, and its operation speed meet real time requires
