LVDT( Linear Variable Differential Transformer) 传感器广泛应用于航空领域。 为了满足机载设备的高安全性要求,提高电子设备的可靠性,提出了一种四线制 LVDT 传感器双余度调理电路结构框图,主要包括两套完全相同的 LVDT 调理电路、激励幅值检测电路和通道切换电路。 该电路实现了 LVDT 传感器信号调理电路的双余度设计及激励故障检测功能,其中一套 LVDT 调理电路作为主调理通道,另外一套电路作为热备份通道;并设计了对应的通道切换逻辑,当主调理通道激励信号故障时,可快速平稳切换至另一通道。 为平衡两通道元器件使用寿命,提出了主调理通道轮值的方法,有效地提高了系统可靠性。 并使用 LVDT 仿真板卡搭建了试验平台完成了对双通道切换功能和 LVDT 调理功能的验证,结果表明该双余度调理电路工作正常,适用于可靠性要求高的机载设备。

The LVDT ( Linear Variable Differential Transformer) sensor is widely used in the aviation field. In order to satisfy the highsecurity requirements of airborne equipment and improve the reliability of electronic equipment,a 4-wire LVDT sensor dual redundancyconditioning circuit block diagram is presented, which mainly includes two sets of LVDT conditioning circuit, excitation amplitudedetection circuit and channel switching circuit. The circuit realizes the dual redundancy design of the LVDT sensor signal conditioningcircuit and excitation fault detection function,one of which is used as the main conditioning channel,and the other circuit is used as thehot backup channel. The corresponding channel switching logic is designed,when the excitation signal of the main conditioning channelfails,it can quickly and smoothly switch to another channel. The reliability of the system is improved effectively by the method of mainconditioning channel rotation. The LVDT simulation board is used to build a test platform to verify the dual-channel switching functionand LVDT conditioning function. The results show that the dual - redundancy conditioning circuit works well and is suitable for highreliability airborne equipment.
