摘要:
随着自媒体的快速发展,自媒体作品侵权事件频发。 数字版权可以作为一种有效的保护措施,然而传统的数字版权管理多数由于采用中心化的管理模式存在信任问题。 区块链技术具有去中心化、防篡改等技术特点,将区块链技术应用于自媒体作品的数字版权管理,为实现去中心化的自媒体版权可信管理提供了一种解决思路。 针对传统数字版权管理的中心化的管理模式中可能存在的信任问题,提出一种基于区块链的自媒体版权管理方案。 该方案采用去中心化的方式可信地存储版权信息,将版权管理过程中涉及到信任管理的关键信息记录到区块链,实现版权登记和版权查询的可信管理。 基于以太坊平台实现了版权管理的智能合约,仿真实现了基于区块链的自媒体版权管理方案,实验结果表明该方案具有可行性。
Abstract:
With the rapid development of self-media,infringement incidents of self-media works frequently occur. Digital copyright canbe used as an effective protection measure. However, most of the traditional digital copyright management adopts a centralizedmanagement mode, which has a trust problem. Blockchain technology has technical characteristics such as decentralization,  non -tampering and so on. The application of blockchain technology to the digital copyright management of self-media works provides an ideafor realization of the trusted management of  self-media copyright in a decentralized mode. Aiming at the possible trust problems in thecentralized management mode of traditional digital rights management,a blockchain-based self-media copyright management scheme isproposed. The scheme stores copyright information credibly in a decentralized mode,records key information related to trust managementin the copyright management process on the blockchain, and realizes the trusted management of copyright registration and copyrightinquiry. The smart contracts of copyright management is realized based on the ethereum platform, and the self - media copyrightmanagement scheme based on blockchain is simulated and realized. The experiment shows that the scheme is feasible.
