为解决选矿企业破碎生产线传统控制中出现的工人长时间现场操作对健康影响大、设备关联自动化程度低、出现故障不能快速诊断等缺点,提出设计与开发基于 Android 的 PLC 测控系统。 首先概述了选矿企业破碎生产线的目前运行状况、Android 与 PLC 各自特性及其在测控行业的优点,然后根据矿山企业选矿设备位置分散以及实时安全管理的要求设计出破碎生产线 2-Star 型网络拓扑结构,并给出了下星网络与上星网络中的具体设备传感器采集信号与连接接口方式等内容。 进而重点论述了系统中需要设计的 PLC 软件、ICC 软件、Android 软件系统主要模块与流程图,并对它们涉及到的数字滤波、线性标度、故障诊断等关键算法进行了详细的介绍。 实际开发应用表明:该系统极大地改善了工人的操作环境、提高了破碎设备运行的稳定性与安全性,尤其当出现故障后技术人员可以快速诊断并修复,很大程度上降低了选矿企业的设备运行维护成本。

In order to solve the shortcomings in the traditional control of crushing production lines of mineral processing enterprises,suchas long-term on-site operation of workers has great impact on health,low degree of automation of equipment association,and failure todiagnose faults quickly,a PLC measurement and control system based on Android is proposed to be designed and developed. Firstly,thecurrent operation status of the crushing production line of the mineral processing enterprise,the respective characteristics of Android andPLC and their advantages? in the measurement and control industry are summarized,and then the 2-Star network topology of the crushingproduction line is designed according to the requirements of the scattered position of the mineral processing equipment and the real-timesafety management of the mining enterprise,and the content of the specific equipment sensor acquisition signal and connection interface method in the satellite network and the satellite network are given. Furthermore,the main modules and flow charts of PLC software,ICC software and Android software system that need to be designed in this system are mainly discussed,and the key algorithms such as digitalfiltering,linear scaling and fault diagnosis are introduced in detail. The actual development and application shows that such system greatly improves the operating environment of workers,improves the stability and safety of crushing equipment operation,especially when a fault occurs,technicians can quickly diagnose and repair,which greatly reduces the mining efficiency enterprise equipment operation and maintenance costs.
