摘要:
随着全球生活水平的不断提升,食品追溯,特别是生鲜水果蔬菜的追溯作为最贴近民生的话题,受到普遍关注,社会各界都在致力于更快速、更准确地追踪食品生产过程中的各个链条,识别问题产品以保护消费者,农产品追溯技术应运而生。 通过对当前农产品追溯体系进行研究发现,其存在着产业链追溯覆盖不完全、溯源数据缺乏安全保证、溯源数据表达能力差等问题,使得农产品溯源系统大部分仍停留在实验性质,难以进行有效应用。 为解决此类现状,通过构建云-边协同的接入系统,完成不同物联网网络的接入,覆盖农产品从种植到消费的所有阶段,实现农产品从种植、生产、运输到消费的全产业链数据采集;搭建了用户友好的智能溯源云平台,提供对溯源数据的分析、查询及可视化,解决传统溯源系统服务单一,溯源数据表达能力薄弱等问题;引入区块链,以解决传统溯源系统由于采用集中式数据库所引发的系统中心化、数据易被篡改、信息易丢失等缺陷,为溯源系统的核心数据提供可靠保证。
Abstract:
As the continuous improvement of global living standards, food traceability, especially for fresh fruits and vegetables, isreceiving widespread attention as the topic closest to people’s livelihood. All walks of life are committed to tracking the various chains inthe food production process more quickly and accurately, and identifying problematic products to protect consumers. As a result,agricultural product traceability technology has emerged. Through the research on the current agricultural product traceability system,it isfound that there are problems such as incomplete traceability coverage of the industrial chain,lack of safety guarantee for traceability data,and poor expression ability of traceability data. In order to solve this situation,a cloud-side cooperative access system is built to completethe access of different IoT networks, covering all stages of agricultural products from planting to consumption, and realizing the datacollection  of the whole industrial chain of agricultural products from planting,production,transportation to consumption. A user-friendlyintelligent traceability cloud platform has been built to provide analysis, query and visualization of traceability data, and to solve theproblems of single service of traditional traceability system and weak expression ability of traceability data. The blockchain is introducedto solve the defects of system centralization,easy data tampering,and easy loss of information caused by the use of a centralized databasein the traditional traceability system,and to provide reliable guarantee for the important data of the traceability system.
