摘要:
针对中国城乡公厕存在卫生条件差、水资源极度浪费的问题,设计了一种基于晴雨两用锥形太阳能电板的无水清洁型独立公厕,该公厕由太阳能发电系统、雨水利用系统、履带式无水清洁系统等部分组成。 公厕的太阳能发电系统,主要由公厕顶部的新型圆锥形太阳能电池板实现。 通过逆变器,可将太阳能板生成的电能,用于供给公厕控制系统耗电及照明用电等,多余的电能将并入电网供应其他主体使用。 公厕的雨水利用系统,主要由厕所顶部的雨水收集过滤管道及水箱过滤器实现。 厕所上方圆锥电池板顶部外接带有过滤结构的管道,将雨天收集的水引流至水箱储蓄。 设计颠覆了传统蹲便器的外部冲洗过程,将清洗过程转移至履带下方,实现了蹲便器外部的无水效果,减少公厕冲洗过程中的细菌扩散污染,同时也降低了公厕水渍外溅带来的清洁成本,改善了公厕卫生环境。
Abstract:
Aiming at the problems of poor sanitary conditions and extreme waste of water resources in urban and rural public toilets inChina,an anhydrous cleaning independent public toilet based on sunny and rainy conical solar panels is designed. The public toilet iscomposed of solar power generation system,rainwater utilization system, crawler anhydrous cleaning system and so on. The solar powergeneration system of the public toilet is mainly realized by a new conical solar panel on the top of the public toilet. Through the inverter,the electric energy generated by the solar panel can be used to supply the power consumption of the public toilet control system andlighting,and the excess electric energy will be incorporated into the power grid to supply other subjects. The rainwater utilization systemof the public toilet is mainly realized by the rainwater collection and filtration pipeline on the top of the toilet and the water tank filter.The top of the conical battery panel above the toilet is externally connected with a pipe with a filter structure to drain the water collectedin rainy days to the water tank for storage. The design subverts the external flushing process of the traditional squatting pan, transfers thecleaning process to the lower part of the track, realizes the anhydrous effect outside the squatting pan, reduces the bacterial diffusionpollution in the flushing process of the public toilet, reduces the cleaning cost caused by the external splashing of water stains in thepublic toilet, and improves the sanitary environment of the public toilet.
