摘要:
电磁阀的响应时间是一个比较重要的参数,要测试这个参数就要对电磁阀的通断进行控制,控制电磁阀的线包电压要按照客户给出的电压曲线进行控制,它不是一个固定的电压加在线包上。 该文介绍了这种控制的硬件电路设计与软件流程,系统的控制逻辑采用 MCU 控制,用 C 语言编程,便于修改与功能扩展。 上位机使用 VB 编程,用串口通信控制MCU 与参数设置。 电磁阀的线包电压有吸合电压与保持电压,从吸合电压到保持电压之间切换控制是一个关键环节,在吸合电压与保持电压之间切换时要快速无间断,电磁阀的线包是感性负载,需要续流保护,客户有自己的特殊续流要求,通过介绍的控制电路可以满足客户提出的测试要求。 此外,还设计了输出短路保护可以快速切断因意外引起的输出短路,从而保护装置不会损坏。 装置从试运行开始就表现出良好的性能,已投入正常运行。
Abstract:
he response time of solenoid valve is an important parameter. To test this parameter,it is necessary to control the on and off of solenoid valve. The coil voltage of solenoid valve should be controlled according to the voltage curve given by the customer,not afixed voltage.? ? ? ?We introduce the hardware design and software flow of this control. The system control operation is controlled by MCU,Clanguage programming, which is more convenient for modification and function expansion. The upper computer uses VB programmingand uses serial communication to control MCU and parameter setting. There are pull-in voltage and hold voltage in solenoid valve. The switch control from pull-in voltage to hold voltage is critical. The switch between pull-in voltage and hold voltage must be fast and uninterrupted. The coil of solenoid valve is an inductive load,which needs freewheeling protection. Customers have their own special freewheeling requirements, The control circuit introduced can meet the test requirements of customers. In addition,we also describe an out put short circuit protection circuit. The protection circuit can quickly cut off the output in case of output short due to accidents, thus preventing device from being damaged. The device has shown excellent performance since its trial operation and has been put into normal operation.
