摘要:
业务过程管理的管理对象多种多样,为了能够对业务过程进行合理分析和管理,业务过程中活动的重要性度量和分析是一个不可或缺的研究问题。 为此,在基于 Petri 网表示的业务过程基础上,提出了一种结合依赖关系和 PageRank 的业务过程中活动的重要性度量和排名的方法。 首先,根据业务过程中活动之间的控制结构和活动的使能条件来对活动之间的直接依赖关系进行分析和度量;然后,结合活动之间的依赖关联度取值,将 PageRank 算法引入到活动的重要性度量和排名中,提出一种业务过程中活动重要性评估的指标和方法;最后,以现实中的工厂报建审批业务过程和公司处理用户投诉的业务过程为案例进行分析和研究,结果表明,所提出的活动重要性度量和排名方法具有较好的合理性和有效性。
Abstract:
Business process management involves a wide range of targets. To be able to reasonably analyze and manage business processes,the measurement and analysis of activities in these processes is a vital research issue. Thus,based on the business process representedby Petri net,a method for the measurement and ranking of activity importance in business processes that combines dependencies and PageRank is proposed. Firstly,direct dependency relationships between activities in business processes are analyzed and measured with reference to the control structure between activities and the conditions enabling the activities. Next,the PageRank algorithm is introduced intothe measurement and ranking of activity importance together with the dependency correlation values between activities,and then an indexand method for the assessment of activity importance in business processes is proposed. Finally,the actual business processes of factoryconstruction approval and of handling user complaints are analyzed and used as cases in research. The results show that the proposedmeasurement and ranking methods for activity importance are reasonable and effective.
