摘要:
水下管汇是水下生产系统重要的组成部分, 水下管汇设计制造技术被国外公司所垄断。 针对水下管汇设计技术国产化尚处于探索阶段、设计手段仍以二维和三维混合建模方法为主, 导致设计效率较低、设计效果无法实时动态显示等问题, 提出水下管汇的模块化设计理念,开发基于 Unity 3D 平台的水下管汇模块化设计仿真系统。 通过对国内的水下管汇案例和水下管汇单元部件的总体布置原则分析,进行水下管汇模块化设计关键技术的研究,完成了水下管汇设计模块的拆分,梳理了模块设计流程,建立了模块的模型库与信息库,实现了水下管汇总体布置方案设计、管汇单元部件设计、智能装配、管汇的重量投资的计算与统计、管汇优化、作业场景可视化漫游等功能。 实验表明:水下管汇模块化设计系统设计自由度高、设计结果与实际误差小、可快速验证设计布局,为水下管汇国产化、智能化设计提供了技术支持。
Abstract:
The subsea manifold is an important part of the underwater production system,and the design and manufacturing technology of the subsea manifold is monopolized by foreign companies.? ? ?In view of the fact that the localization of subsea manifold design technologyis still in the exploratory stage,and the design methods are still based on two-dimensional and three-dimensional hybrid modeling methods,resulting in low design efficiency and the inability of real-time dynamic display of design effects,the modular design concept of subsea manifold is proposed,and subsea manifold modular design simulation system based on Unity 3D platform is developed. Through theanalysis of the domestic subsea manifold case and the general layout principle of the subsea manifold unit components,the research on thekey technology of the subsea manifold modular design has been carried out. Splitting subsea manifold design module,sorting out modulesdesign process,establishing modular model library and information library,the overall layout design of underwater manifold,design ofmanifold unit components,intelligent assembly, calculation and statistics of manifold weight investment,manifold optimization,visual roaming of operation scenes and other functions have been realized. Experiments show that the modular design system of the subsea manifold has high design freedom,small design results and actual errors,and can quickly verify the design layout,which provides technical support for the localization and intelligent design of the subsea manifold.
