隧道场景模型复杂、数据量大,导致隧道 BIM 系统的 Web 应用发展缓慢。 对基于 Web 的隧道场景建模和实时绘制的相关技术进行研究, 根据隧道路线和洞身结构的特点,建立隧道横断面参数序列模型,实现施工数据驱动的隧道参数化建模。 提出基于 Shader 的三角网的布尔运算,通过地形裁剪和裂缝修补进行隧道场景的碰撞处理,实现隧道洞口与地形的无缝融合。 结合地形的分段三角网数据建立客户端缓存机制及基于视点动态调度,建立本地缓存数据库减少模型数据量的传输和处理,实现隧道施工场景的实时绘制。 实验结果表明,依据该方法建立的隧道施工可视化系统提高了响应和绘制效率,实现了基于 Web 的隧道施工过程的虚拟仿真,展现了较真实的施工场景。

The complex tunnel scene model with large amount of data lead to the slow development of the Web application of tunnel BIM system. The relevant technologies of tunnel scene modeling and real-time rendering based on Web are studied. According to the characteristics of tunnel? route and tunnel structure,the tunnel cross-section parameter sequence model is established to realize the construction data- driven tunnel parameterized modeling. The Boolean operation of triangulation network based on Shader is proposed, and the collision processing of tunnel scene is carried out through terrain cutting and crack repair,so as to realize the seamless fusion of tunnel entrance and terrain. Combined with? the terrain segmenting triangulation network data,the client cache mechanism and viewpoint based dynamic scheduling are established,the local cache database is established to reduce the transmission and processing of model data,and the real-time rendering of tunnel construction scenes is realized. The experiment shows that the tunnel construction visualization system established according to the proposed method improves the response and rendering efficiency,showing a more real construction scene.
