摘要:
为进一步提高气象预警的及时性、气象预报的准确性、气象服务的便捷性,大力提升气象精细化服务水平,文章提 出将“参与感知”概念应用到气象预报模型中。 在模型中,将用户作为模拟移动的数据采集自动站,将采集的气象数据通 过手机或其他设备上传,对采集的感知数据与传统的气象数据进行对比、筛选、分级融合以及反馈,为普通用户、预报人员 和决策用户提供数据分析指导。 在关键技术的实施中,提出了 C/ B/ S 混合模式的中间件处理的解决方案, 建立了感知数 据库、C/ S 数据处理客户端、B/ S 数据演示终端(Web/APP)。 基本实现了基于参与感知的气象信息服务原型系统。 实际 运行效果表面,采用参与感知系统对当前预报系统的改进是可行的,在具体的预报业务应用上具有一定的参考价值。
Abstract:
In order to further improve the timeliness of meteorological early warning, the accuracy of meteorological forecast, the convenience? ? ?of meteorological services,and improve the level of meteorological refined services vigorously,we propose to apply the concept of “participating perception” to meteorological forecast model. In this model,the user is taken as an automatic data collection station simulating mobile movement,and the collected meteorological data is uploaded by mobile phones or other devices. The collected perceptual data is compared,screened, graded integrated and fed back with the traditional meteorological data,so as to provide data analysis guidance for ordinary users,forecasters and decision-making users. In the implementation of key technologies,the solution of C/B/S mixed mode middleware processing is proposed,and the perception database,C/ S data processing client and B/ S data demo-nstration terminal (Web/APP) are established. The prototype system of meteorological information service based on participatory sensing is realized basically. Actual operating result shows the system with the participation sensing is feasible and effective to prove the current forecasting. It has a certain reference value in the application of specific forecasting business.
