摘要:: 高等学校的毕业生就业问题一直是广大社会群众的关注焦点,做好毕业生就业工作是保障和改善民生的重要内容,也是推动高等教育事业持续健康发展的迫切需要。科技新时代背景下网络的迅速发展引起了巨大的改变,也更进一步推动了高等教育事业可持续健康发展的大众化进程,促使就业指导平台应运而生。然而就业指导平台对学生的个性化培养和对教学与就业资源的未能精准利用,导致出现高校就业指导平台利用率较低、资源严重浪费等现象。该文从提高学生就业率的角度出发,引入虚拟导师的概念,创建基于虚拟导师的精准就业指导大数据平台,实现全程化、专业化、信息化、个性化、精准化的就业指导服务。应用实践表明,平台提升了大学生就业指导的精准性,提高了大学生的就业几率。

Abstract:: The employment of college graduates has been widely concerned by the society. Doing a great job in the employment of graduates is not only an important part of ensuring and improving people’s livelihood,but also an urgent need to promote the sustainable and healthy development of higher education. Under the background of new era of science and technology,the rapid development of the Internet has brought about huge changes,further promoted the popularization process of sustainable and healthy development of higher education,and prompted the employment guidance platform to come into being. However,the personalized cultivation of students and the inaccurate utilization of teaching and employment resources lead to the low utilization rate of employment guidance platform and the serious waste of resources. From the angle of improving the employment rate of students,we introduce the concept of virtual tutor and establish a big data platform for accurate employment guidance based on virtual tutor, so as to realize whole-process, professional,information-based,personalized and precise employment guidance service. The application shows that the platform impr-oves the accuracy of students’ employment guidance and the probability of students’ employment.
