摘要:
为了给患者提供高效的协同诊治以及大数据共享服务,改善传统的就医过程繁杂等状况,针对医疗数据的安全访问问题,提出了运用区块链技术结合协同诊治平台的医疗数据安全访问共享模型与机制。 该方案使用以太坊私链构建区块链服务,由患者授权对医疗数据进行安全访问控制,运用加密算法对医疗数据进行加密。其核心是构建协同诊治平台基础上的去中心化模式, 实现医疗记录上链、医疗数据存储以及医疗数据安全分享。 实验设计了非对称加密密钥分发,医疗数据对称加密与数据完整性校验的安全机制, 建立了可追溯、不可篡改、公开透明的共享模型。通过与其他安全共享方案比较,数据的共享速度更快、安全系数更高。 该方案尝试解决传统就医流程弊端,在使患者掌握自身医疗数据的使用权之下, 为患者或机构安全使用医疗数据提供更便捷的服务与更可信的网络环境。
Abstract:
In order to provide efficient collaborative diagnosis and big data sharing services for patients and improve the complexity of traditional medical treatment process,a model and mechanism of medical data security access and sharing based on block chain technology and collaborative diagnosis platform is proposed to solve the problem of safe access to medical data. The solution uses the Ethereum private chain to build a block chain service,which allows patients to authorize secure access control of medical data and encrypts medical data using encryption algorithms. Its core is to construct a decentralized model based on collaborative diagnosis platform,realize the chain of medical records and secure sharing. In the experiment,the security mechanism of asymmetric encryption key distribution,symmetric encryption of medical data and data integrity verification is designed. A traceable,non-tampering,open-transparent sharing model is established. Compared with other security sharing scheme,the data sharing speed is faster and the security factor is higher. The scheme tries to solve the drawbacks of traditional medical treatment process,and provide more convenient services and more reliable network environment for patients or institutions to use medical data safely under the condition that patients have the right to use their own medical data.
