摘要:
为解决霜冻预防过程中存在的自动化、智能化不足等问题,设计实现了基于物联网的远程防霜控制系统。 首先,系统采用“ 物联网+APP冶 远程控制技术,在霜冻易发期,通过采集的气象要素信息,对林果实施烟弹防霜、防霜机防霜、局部加热等结合措施,实现小气候调控或霜冻灾害预防的软硬件结合远程自动化控制;其次,系统具有自主运行机制,在霜冻未发生时节,系统保持低功耗或睡眠状态,在植物花期需要谨慎预防霜冻时节,系统可通过人工设置监测频率来达到极端气象环境的监测或设置温湿度自动监测提醒装置,当温度下降到某一设定值时,系统自动提高数据上报频率,当温度继续下降,达到防霜需求的温度极限值时,系统自动启动各防霜设备,实现霜冻预防的自动控制。 最后,通过物联网技术与软硬件结合达到远程霜冻预防和自动控制的效果。
Abstract:
In order to solve the problems of automation and intelligence in the process of frost prevention,a remote anti-frost control system based on the Internet of Things is designed and implemented. Firstly,the remote control technology of “Internet of Things+APP”is adopted in this system. In the frost-prone period,through the collection of meteorological element information,the combination of smoke and shell frost,frost-proof machine anti-frost and local heating is implemented for the forest fruit to realize the combination of software and hardware for remote climate control or frost disaster prevention. Secondly,with an autonomous operating mechanism,the system maintains low power or sleep when frost does not occur,and in the plant flowering period,it is necessary to carefully prevent the frost season. The system can manually set the monitoring frequency to achieve the monitoring of the extreme meteorological environment or set the temperature and humidity automatic monitoring and reminding device. When the temperature drops to a certain set value,the system automatically increases the data reporting frequency when the temperature continues to drop and reaches the temperature limit of the anti- frost demand. The system automatically activates each anti - frost device to achieve automatic control of frost prevention.Finally,the effect of remote frost prevention and automatic control is achieved through the combination of Internet of Things technology and software.
