摘要:
针对传统的真空热处理设备存在的安全隐患大、操作繁琐等问题,基于现有的真空热处理设备,设计并实现了一种智能真空热处理炉远程监控系统,实现了本地设备管理、数据采集与传输、实时远程监控及设备报警等功能,还通过WebSocket 技术实现了数据的双向传输,实现真空热处理设备状态的实时可视化监控和管理。 该系统的远程客户端具备良好的人机交互能力,提供了设备工作状况的动态展示功能和工艺流程管理功能,并且能实时接收设备的状态通知,确保了用户对智能真空热处理炉的实时监测能力。 通过该系统使得真空热处理设备的管理更加灵活、操作更加简洁,同时在生产过程中使人机得以分离,大幅度提高了用户对设备的管理能力,大幅度降低了设备的安全隐患,提高了设备使用者的人身安全。
Abstract:
Aiming at the problems of big security risk and tedious operation of the traditional vacuum heat treatment equipment,we design and implement an intelligent remote monitoring system for vacuum heat treatment furnace based on the existing vacuum heat treatment equipment,which realizes the local equipment management, data acquisition and transmission, real-time remote monitoring, equipment alarm and so on. In addition,the system realizes the two-way data transmission by the WebSocket and the real-time visualization and management of the system states. The client-side of the system has an excellent capability about human-computer interaction and provides the dynamic display and process management of the work-ing status of the equipment. Also it can push the information of the device status, and ensure the real-time monitoring capability of intelligent vacu-um heat treatment furnace. The system makes the management of vacuum heat reatment equipment more flexible and the operation simpler, meanwhile it separate people and machines in the process of production, which greatly improves the user’s management ability of the equipment, reduces the safety hazards of equipment and improves the life safety of equipment users.
