摘要:
传统的物业缴费方式是通过人力完成的,物业公司通常会指定时间和地点,安排物业管理人员去负责收取住户的物业费,然后业主按时去指定地点缴纳物业费。 这种缴费方式通常会浪费大量的人力物力去整理业主缴费情况,会遇到业主没有时间去缴费的难题,甚至不能满足业主实时查看物业费明细的需求。 基于上述问题,提出了一种新型的物业缴费方法—支付宝物业缴费。 智慧社区物业管理平台入驻支付宝平台,业主可以通过第三方平台支付宝缴纳费用。 物业公司在智慧社区物业管理平台上提交资格认证,通过系统认证后,超级管理员向其发送密钥;物业公司利用密钥登录系统,分配小区管理账号;小区管理员通过小区管理账号登录系统,录入业主的应缴费用,并发送各种通知。 智慧社区物业管理不仅减少了物业公司的人力和物力的浪费,而且实时提供业主应缴纳的费用明细,业主可以随时随地缴费,大大地提升了住户缴费的便利性。
Abstract:
The traditional property payment is completed by manpower. The property companies usually specify the time and the place,arrange property managers to collect the property fees from the residents,and then the owners pay property fees at designated places on time. This kind of payment usually wastes a lot of manpower and material resources to sort out the owner’s payment situation,and it will encounter the problem that the owner does not have time to pay,or even cannot meet the owner’s real-time need to check the details of the property fee. Based on the above problems,a new property payment,Alipay property payment,is proposed. Because the wisdom community property management platform is located on Alipay platform,the owners can pay the fee through the third party platform Alipay. Property companies submit qualification certification on the system,and after the system certification,super administrators send keys to them. Property company uses the key to login system to distribute community management accounts. Community administrators can use the community management accounts to enter the owner’s payable fees,and send various notifications. Wisdom community property management not only reduces the waste of manpower and material resources of property companies,but also provides the details of the cost that the owner should pay in real time. The owner can pay the fee anytime and anywhere,which greatly improves the convenience of the household payment.
