摘要:
随着多普勒天气雷达和自动气象站的不断发展与完善,多普勒天气雷达产品和自动站气象站数据在气象灾害监测预警中的作用越来越突出。 为了进一步推进气象现代化建设和加强自动气象站数据、多普勒天气雷达产品的融合使用,在 Visual Studio 2010 开发环境中,使用 C#语言设计并开发了基于 SharpMap 的气象监测与预警系统。 实现在 CIMISS 中提取自动气象站小时数据、5 分钟加密数据和本地读取多普勒天气雷达产品在 GIS 地图上的整合显示;实时监测自动气象站各要素数据,自动分析各区县、自动气象站附近和灾害隐患点附近的雷达回波情况,达到设定的预警阈值后,以多种方式向不同受众自动预警。 系统投入业务运行后取得了较好的效果,提高了气象部门在应对气象灾害的速度和服务质量。
Abstract:
With the continuous development and perfection of Doppler weather radar and automatic weather station,Doppler weather radar products and automatic weather station data play an increasingly prominent role in meteorological disaster monitoring and warning. In order to further promote the construction of meteorological modernization and enhance the integration of automatic weather station data and Doppler weather radar products,SharpMap-based meteorological monitoring and warning system is designed and developed with C# language in the Visual Studio 2010 development environment. It can extract the hourly data of automatic weather station,encrypt data of 5 minutes and read Doppler weather radar products in CIMISS,and integrate the display on GIS map. Real-time monitoring of the data of all elements in the automatic weather station, automatic analysis of radar echoes in each district and county,around the automatic weather station and around the disaster risk points,and after reaching the set warning threshold,automatic warning is given to different audiences in various ways. After the system putting into operation,better results are achieved,which improves the speed and service quality of meteorological departments in responding to meteorological disasters.
