摘要:
针对全国气象部门推进省级气象数据支撑环境建设,构建省级统一气象数据加工处理流水线的目标需求,研发了省级气象要素插值图像产品处理系统。提出了省级各类气象要素插值图像产品加工处理流程的整合思路,建立了统一的图像产品数据加工处理流水线,设计了系统的总体架构、插值算法和基于 GP 服务制作图像产品的方案。采用 MVC 框架、Quartz 调度器和 jQuery Grid Plugin 等技术框架对系统功能进行了实现,面向全省用户提供了各类气象要素插值图像产品的存储管理、共享展示和应用服务。 系统采用了较为先进的技术和成熟的框架,生成产品在“四川省气象业务内网冶中投入业务使用,投入使用后得到专业用户的肯定。 有效提高了气象预报预测和服务业务的工作质量和效率,对推进气象业务的规范化、标准化,推进气象业务综合改革和气象现代化建设具有重要意义,并且对各类气象产品的加工处理有较好的参考作用。
Abstract:
In view of the current needs for promoting the construction of provincial meteorological data environment,and building the provincial unified data processing and processing line,we develop the meteorological element image product generation system. The integrated idea of provincial meteorological elements interpolation image processing process is proposed,the unified image products data processing line is established,and the platform’s architecture,interpolation algorithm and the scheme of image production based on GP service are designed. This system is implemented by MVC framework, Quartz scheduler and jQuery Grid Plugin,which provides storage management,sharing display and application services of weather elements interpolation image products. The products has been put into service in Sichuan meteorological service Intranet,and recognized by professional users. The system has effectively improved the work quality and efficiency of meteorological forecast and service business,which is of great significance to advancing the normalization and standardization of meteorological business,promoting the comprehensive reform of meteorological business and the modernization of meteorology,with better reference to each kind of meteorological product processing.
