摘要:: 针对传统化工行业人工业务受理窗口工作效率低下的问题,以及企业SAP财务系统与银行端直接对接导致财务系统工作负荷增大的现象,引入银企直联概念,开发了自助制卡、结算终端机系统。终端机连接包括企业SAP财务系统、装车系统、地磅系统等多个外部系统,将制卡、结算业务集中在一台终端机上完成,简化了业务流程,为客户提供一站式服务,实现整个业务处理过程无人化。在企业SAP财务系统与银行端数据交互的问题上,将财务系统与银行端通讯处理功能模块独立成中间件,该中间件专门负责与银行端通讯并将结果上传至财务系统,有效缓解了财务系统业务压力,提高了财务系统业务处理效率。目前该系统已经应用到实际销售业务中,实际测试结果表明具有良好的稳定性和实用性。

Abstract:: In view of the low efficiency of the traditional chemical industry receiving business and the phenomenon that the financial system workload increases due to the direct connection between the enterprise SAP financial system and the bank,the concept of bank-corporate express is introduced,and self-service business card and settlement terminal system is developed. Terminal connection includingenterprise SAP financial system,loading system,multiple weighbridge system and other external systems,the business card printing andsettlement business are concentrated in a terminal to complete,simplifying the business process,providing customers with one-stop service,the realization of the entire business process unmanned. On the issue of data interaction between enterprises SAP financial system and banks,the financial system and the communication module of the bank side are independent middleware. The middleware is responsiblefor communicating with the bank end and uploading the results to the financial system,which can effectively relieve the financial systembusiness pressure and improve the business efficiency of financial system. At present,the system has been applied to the actual sales business. The actual test shows that it has great stability and practicability.
