摘要:
LXI 技术是以太网在仪器领域的拓展,LXI 型测控系统具有成本低廉、重组性强及摆脱空间约束等优点。 因传统仪器设备不适合远距离、跨空间的分布,有许多不足,但 LXI 网络仪器解决了仪器模块空间限制的问题,实现了 LXI 仪器在局域网的随意分布,使仪器间的互联距离大幅提升。 LXI 网络仪器后台处理服务模块是集平台测控、任务组织调度和数据综合处理的核心模块,实现任务请求在后台的调度决策与处理。 文中的后台处理服务调度模块采用父子进程的形式设计,通过统一接口程序调用 SNMP、HISLIP、DHCP 等客户端,实现与应用服务层的快速响应,与仪器设备层的数据交互处理,实现了后台的测控、调度和综合处理等功能。 最后,针对后台处理功能,结合项目组资源对测控系统进行功能测试,结果证明是可行的。
Abstract:
LXI technology is the expansion of Ethernet in the field of instruments. LXI measurement and control system has the advantages of low cost,strong reorganization and freedom from space constraints. Because traditional instruments and equipment are not suitable for long-distance and cross-space distribution,there are many shortcomings. However,LXI network instruments solve the problem of space limitation of instrument modules and realize the random distribution of LXI instruments in the local area network,greatly improving the interconnection distance between instruments. The LXI network instrument background processing service module is the core modulethat integrates platform monitoring and control,task organization and scheduling,and data comprehensive processing,which implementsthe scheduling decision and processing of task requests in the background. The background processing service scheduling module in thispaper is designed in the form of a parent-child process. By calling SNMP,HISLIP,DHCP and other clients through the unified interfaceprogram,it realizes the rapid response with the application service layer and the data interactive processing with the instrument and device layer,and realizes the functions of measurement and control,scheduling and comprehensive processing in the background. Finally,for the background processing function,combined with the resources of the project team to test the function of the measurement and control system,the results show that it is feasible
