摘要:
 随着智慧企业与大数据概念的热点兴起,众多制造业已聚焦于如何在产品全生命周期管理(PLM)过程中获取各种产品数据与知识并向企业提供有效的数据与知识服务。 为了提高企业创新能力和核心竞争力,从产品需求策划、立项与计划、详细开发与设计、仿真与验证、工艺与试制、生产与销售、使用与维修以及报废与回收阶段的全生命周期管理概念入手,论述了 PLM 的体系架构及关键技术,通过分析 PLM 过程中的数据对象、核心产品 BOM 数据以及企业运营主题数据,结合知识管理技术,提出了一种基于 PLM 的产品数据与知识应用架构,并在应用架构的基础上描述了基于产品数据与知识的精益研发业务蓝图,最后展望了构建企业智慧研发生态环境,推动企业的自主知识创新及精益管控的愿景。
Abstract:
With the rising of the concepts of smart enterprise and big data,many manufacturing industries have focused on how to obtain a variety of product data and knowledge in product lifecycle management (PLM) process and to provide an effective data and knowledge services to enterprises. In order to improve the enterprise innovation and core competence,started from the concept of product requirements planning,project and plan,detailed development and design,simulation and verification,process and trial production,production and sales,user and maintenance and scrap and recycling of lifecycle management,we discuss the system architecture and key technologies of PLM. By analyzing the data object,core product BOM data and business operation theme data in PLM process,combined with knowledge management technology,we propose a PLM-based product data and knowledge application architecture,based on which the blueprint of lean research and development is described. In the end,building the ecological environment of enterprise intelligence research and development,and promoting the independent knowledge innovation and lean management is prospected.
