摘要:
由于气象资料格式不一且种类繁多,省级气象信息中心面临着监控软件众多、监控任务繁杂等问题。 针对上述问题,本省气象信息中心研究和分析了本省气象资料传输的业务流程和特点,设计和研发了一套气象资料实时传输监控系统。 该系统将各类气象资料的监控行为集中到一个平台上,可根据各类气象资料的时效性要求,当发生异常时,可通过网页、短信形式分级分类向值班人员、值班领导发送预警信息。 系统试运行表明,所设计构建的资料传输监控系统在日常业务中提高了值班人员的监控效率,能够准确地对异常信息进行分级分类预警,有效地保障了气象资料的传输.
Abstract:
Due to the diversity and variety kinds for meteorological data format,some problems like too many monitoring systems and fussy monitoring tasks existed in the provincial meteorological information center. In view of above problems,with studying and analyzing business processes and characteristics of local meteorological data transmission,a monitoring system of real-time meteorological data transmission is designed and developed by the provincial meteorological information center. The monitoring actions of various data are centralized into the system,and warning information are send to personnel on duty according to timeliness of various data when there are some exception happened on the system. The test run of the system shows that it can make personnel on duty monitor efficiently and accurately classify abnormal information to warn,which efficiently guarantee the data transmission.
