摘要:
随着海南气象影视事业的不断发展,气象局对需要收集和处理的气象资料的数量和质量都有了较高要求。 而气象数据采集、存储、分发等流程目前仍然通过人工进行操作,不能达到较好的效果。 为充分发挥人员效率和海南省技术设备优势,设计了一个气象影视产品自动处理系统。 该系统的功能包括自动获取多路影视资料,自动转换和打印天气预报编码和文本,并且用户可以对实时气象资料状态进行监控。 该系统已经投入使用,同时对系统的稳定性和运行效率进行了详细的测试分析。 结果表明,该系统实现了气象影视产品的自动化处理,在一定程度上节省了劳动力、提高了工作效率,能够保证制作业务效率和质量的同步加强,对气象影视产品的处理有一定应用价值。
Abstract:
With the continuous development of meteorological television career in Hainan,the higher requirements of quantity and quality for meteorological data to collect and deal with are presented by meteorological bureau. Collection,storage and distribution and other processes of meteorological data are still operated by manual,which cannot achieve good results. To give full play to the efficiency of personnel and technology advantage of Hainan Province,an automatic processing system for meteorological television products is put forward,the functions of which include automatic acquisition of multichannel video data,automatic conversion and printing of the weather forecast code and the text,and monitoring the real-time meteorological data for the user. It has been put into practice and its stability and efficiency are tested and analyzed in detail. It is showed in the test that the system has achieved automatic processing of meteorological television products,saving the labor to some extent,improving work efficiency,and enhancing the efficiency and quality of manufacturing business,with certain application value for meteorological television products.
