摘要:
 跨境电子商务和国内电子商务贸易相比,不仅涉及到报关、报检、退税、结汇等国内贸易不存在的环节,而且专业性强、受政策的影响大.对跨境电子商务供应链的控制管理能力,在一定程度上决定了跨境电商实施的成败.针对跨境贸易在交易、运输和支付各个环节复杂的问题,提出了一种基于众包理论的协同机制和方法.该方法采用众包模式对跨境贸易的各个环节以任务方式进行合理分解,由各环节的专业机构或企业完成流程的分包并建立评价和监督机制,对各个任务的执行效果进行评估和质量控制.该方法利用众包理论实现了优势资源的互补,为跨境电商供应链模式的设计提供了一种新的思路.实际应用表明,所提出的方法在一定程度上将跨境贸易的复杂流程简单化,有助于跨境贸易一站式服务的实施.
Abstract:
 Comparing with domestic e-commerce,cross-border e-commerce involves more complex processes such as customs declaration,inspection declaration,tax refund,the settlement of exchange and so on,and is easily affected by foreign exchange regulations.Therefore the controlling management ability on the supply chain of cross-border e-commerce determines the success of the project.For easier implementation of the complicated trade and transportation of cross-border e-commerce,based on the theory of crowd-sourcing,a mechanism of cooperation and series of methods has been proposed.It adopts crowd-sourcing to assign reasonably each process of cross-border e-commerce in tasks,completion of processing subpackaging to professional institutions or enterprises and establishment of an evaluation and monitoring system to ensure the executive quality of those tasks.All of these are based on the crowd-sourcing model.Thus,a new way has been provided for the design of supply chain modes on cross-border e-commerce and the union of complementary advantages has been established.It has been proved in practical applications that the implementation of the mechanism has considerably simplified the original complicated steps of the commerce and makes the one-step service of cross-border e-commerce possible.
