摘要:
 目前基于电润湿变焦液体透镜响应时间的测量普遍是通过高速拍摄液体透镜的动态影像来完成的,但是该方法的操作十分复杂且重复测量误差高.针对此问题,基于光束通过变焦液体透镜后的空间分布随焦距而变化的原理,设计并实现了一套自动测量响应时间的系统.该系统由He-Ne激光器、光电探测器、液体透镜、函数发生器、示波器及PC机组成.He-Ne激光器发射激光通过液体透镜,采用加载小孔光阑的光电探测器接受通过液体透镜的光通量,并将光通量转化成电信号,示波器获取电信号的变化波形,再将该波形传输至PC机并通过软件进行处理和分析得出当前驱动电压所对应的响应时间.验证测试结果表明,设计构建的系统在相同电压下测得多组响应时间的重复误差低于2%,不仅实现了自动测量,而且测量结果重复误差低,测量过程操作简单,反应灵敏,实用性强,具有较好的应用价值和较为宽广的应用前景.
Abstract:
 Currently measurement of response time for zoom liquid lens has been generally accomplished by high-speed photography,but this method is complex and has high repeated measurement error.To solve this problem,a set of response time automatic measurement system has been designed and implemented in accordance with the principle that the spatial distribution of velocity-of-light passing through zoom liquid lens changes with the focal length,which consists of a He-Ne laser,a photoelectric detector,a liquid lens,a function generator,a oscilloscope and a PC machine.The laser emitted by He-Ne laser passes through the liquid lens toward the photoelectric detector with small aperture which receives luminous flux from liquid lens and converts it into electrical signals.Meanwhile,the oscilloscope can pick and display the variation waveform of electrical signals and transfer them to the PC.The response time of the current driving voltage can be dealt with and acquired for analysis.Experimental tests results for verification show that the repeated error of the response time measured by the established system is less than 2% and that the measurement system not only has realized the function of automatic measurement,but also has reduced the repetitive error of the measurement besides the measurement system established is simple and easy to operate and it is also sensitive and practical with high application value and wide application prospect.
