摘要:
 中小企业普遍存在资金有限、人才缺乏、管理理念落后等影响企业信息化进程的消极因素,而云计算的出现将彻底改变这一现状.通过云计算可以为用户在线提供软硬件及服务,在有效地降低软硬件成本的同时可以动态、弹性地满足企业不同发展阶段的需求.随着云管理信息系统的日益发展,如何选择合适的云管理信息系统,是企业在进行信息化建设时必须考虑的首要问题.从中小企业出发,通过对相关企业多次调研与采访,根据相关原则建立云管理信息系统评价指标体系,并引入基于模糊语言评估的多属性智能决策解决中小企业云管理信息系统的选择问题.该方法在一定程度上克服了以往评价过程中的人为因素,实现了评价工作的科学性和客观性,对云管理信息系统的评价、选择具有很好的参考价值.
Abstract:
 There are the negative factors that affect the informationization process in middle and small-sized enterprise,such as the limited funds,lack of talents and the backward management theory.The emergence of cloud computing will completely change the status quo.Cloud computing can provide hardware and software and online services for users,which can effectively reduce the hardware cost,and at the same time can be dynamically elastic to meet the needs of development.With the growing cloud management information systems,how to choose the right cloud management information system is the most important issue that must be considered when making enterprise information construction.From the perspective of SMEs,through research and interviews with several related companies,the evaluation system of cloud management information systems is built based on the relevant principles and the solutions of multi-attribute intelligent decision based on fuzzy linguistic assessments are introduced to selection of SME cloud management information system.This method to some extent overcomes the human factors in past evaluation process to achieve the scientific evaluation and objectivity,which has a good reference for the evaluation of cloud management information systems.
