摘要:
 随着信息化、工业化及网络融合的不断推进,使得电网的自动化、智能化水平得到了显著的提高,同时也给电网带来了更多的安全隐患.智能电网是物理网络、计算机网络与社会网络不断交互、渗透而形成的新型融合网络,其安全涉及物理、信息、网络、人员的综合管控,具有多域渗透、跨域攻击的特点.文中以智能电网安全威胁为基础,以目前我国提出的网络设备安全审查和信息基础设施自主可控性低为背景,阐述了自主可控对智能电网安全的重要性和意义;明确了影响智能电网安全与自主可控的影响指标;最后基于图论与矩阵论原理将多属性决策方法运用到智能电网安全与自主可控性评测系统中,并通过实验对影响智能电网安全与自主可控性的指标进行了分析和评测.
Abstract:
 With the development of informatization,industrialization and the integration of the network,the automatic level and the intelli-gent level of the power grid have been improved significantly. However,security threats have also been brought to the power grid either. The smart grid is a new type of converged network formed by the interaction and penetration among physical,information and social net-works,which security involves in physical,information,network,and personal comprehensive control. It has the features that the threats and attacks in smart grid can cross domains. Taking into account the smart grid security threats and Chinese network equipment security review and the low level of information infrastructure self-development controllability,the significance of self-development controllabili-ty to the smart grid security has been described. Impact factors are presented for smart grid security and self-development controllability. Finally,based on the graph and matrix theories,multi-attribute decision making method is applied to the evaluation system of smart grid security and self-development controllability. Experiments are performed to analyze and evaluate the impact factors of smart grid security and self-development controllability.
