摘要:
 随着移动互联网技术的发展,科技查新业务系统由业务上网服务模式向互联网+服务模式转变. 基于此,文中利用面向对象的软件设计方法,构建了基于移动互联网的科技查新服务系统平台,提出了平台设计目标、设计原则,对系统需求和系统安全性进行了分析,介绍了系统平台的整体框架结构和系统功能模块设计. 旨在为科技查新机构提供严谨、规范、完善、安全、可靠的信息化服务平台,提高工作效率,为科技创新工作提供支持和服务.
Abstract:
 With the development of mobile Internet technology,the system of sci-tech novelty search has changed from Internet service mode to Internet plus service mode. On the basis of these,constructed the service system platform of sci-tech novelty search based on mo-bile Internet,using object-oriented method of software design. It has proposed design goal and principles,analyzed requirements and secu-rity of the system,introduced the whole frame structure and function module design of the system platform in this paper. The purpose is to provide the information service platform with preciseness,criterion,perfect,safety and credibility for the institutes of sci-tech novelty search. At the same time,this work can improve working efficiency,providing support and services for the scientific and technological in-novation.
