摘要:
 教育电子政务的建设以整合教育资源、消除教育信息孤岛、共享教育数据为目标.重点讨论了教育电子政务的数据交换融合方案,提出了云计算整合、SOA架构、系统松散耦合的数据集成交换策略.详细分析了教育电子政务平台中数据融合方式及融合过程、数据交换共享架构、数据共享方式,并讨论了教育电子政务平台中应用子系统数据融合交换的应用场景.提出的数据交换融合方案已成功实施到陕西教育电子政务平台建设,教育基础数据库对数据请求响应及时,应用系统对接平滑,对跨部门或系统等提供外部的服务整合.
Abstract:
 The purpose of education E-government is to integrate education resources,eliminate education information silos and share ed-ucational information. Focus on the program of data interchange and integration of education E-government. Propose a loosely coupled strategy of data interchange and integration based on cloud computing integration and SOA architecture. Analyze data fusion methods and integrated process,data exchange and sharing architecture,data sharing scheme of application systems in E-government platform in de-tail. Discuss the application scenarios of data interchange and integration in application subsystems on E-government platform. This pro-gram has been implemented successfully on E-government platform of Shaanxi education. The results show that the education underlying database response quickly to data requests of application systems with good results,providing the service integration for inter-department or system.
