摘要:
 传统的智能监控系统的监控装置是独立和分散的,其功能是不间断地拍摄所在区域的视频、音频等信息.当异常事件发生后,查找异常目标的方法大都是盲目地查看所有的监控视频,这就造成了人力物力极大的浪费.为有效解决这一问题,提出一种智能监控系统记录异常目标移动路线的方法.首先,将监控区域和监控装置进行编码,当监控装置监控到有异常目标(包括人和物品)进入监控区域时,将异常目标进行编码.同时,生成一个日志文件,用于记录异常目标从进入到离开整个监控区域的移动路线和全部过程(每条日志记录包括时间、区域编码、停留时间等信息).该方法不仅适合单监控装置的监控系统,更加适合有多个监控装置的监控系统.
Abstract:
 The monitoring device of traditional intelligent monitoring system continuously records the video,audio and other information of the area as it is independent and distributed. After happening the abnormal incident,finding the anomaly target changed is to see the monitoring video blindly,wasting of human and material resources. In order to solve the problem,a method for recording the anomaly tar-get moving route is presented. First of all,the monitoring area and monitoring device are encoded. When the abnormal objectives (inclu-ding people and objects) are discovered by monitoring device in monitoring area,the anomaly objectives are coded. At the same time,a log file is generated. This log file is used to record the moving route and process of anomaly target (including information such as time, area code,and residence time) . This method is not only suitable for single monitoring device,but also for monitoring and control system with multiple monitoring device.
