摘要:
 为有效支撑北京市农业局各单位的地理空间信息资源交换、共享,针对当前农业信息系统独立、共享性差、更新难等问题,以网络地理信息系统技术为基础,通过分析适用于农业地理信息的整合模式,提出了北京农业基础地理空间共享服务平台的基本思路和平台架构,研究构建了地理信息共享服务的技术实现方案。基于平台服务接口,以构建畜禽、水产等实际业务应用系统为例,阐述业务数据管理及空间属性显示、查询、空间信息统计及分析功能的简要实现。实践表明,该系统能有效集成分散、多源、异构的农业资源数据,面向不同层次的用户提供安全、便捷的数据整合共享服务。
Abstract:
 In order to support the geospatial information resource exchange and sharing in Beijing municipal agriculture bureau units,for the problems of poor independence and sharing,difficult updating for current agricultural information system,on the basis of network geo-graphic information system technology,through the analysis of agricultural geographic information integration mode,put forward the basic idea and platform architecture of Beijing agriculture foundation geographic space sharing service platform,the technical implementation scheme of the geographic information sharing is constructed. Based on service interface of the platform,takeing a practical business system for livestock and poultry building as an example,the functions of data management,spatial attribute display and query,spatial information statistics and analysis are implemented mainly. The results show that the system can efficiently integrate scattered,multi-sources and het-erogeneous agriculture data and provide safe and convenient data sharing service for different users.
