摘要:
 随着航空电子产品的复杂度和综合化程度越来越高,提高产品的可靠性,减小系统的重量、体积、功耗等,成为目前硬件设计的一种趋势。传统的离散量输入接口电路实现复杂,器件多,占用板面积大,测试复杂,因此提出了一种新型的离散量接口电路设计及测试方法。新型的离散量接口电路设计基于离散量采集芯片HKA03201,提供自检测、冗余、错误校验和错误隔离等功能,提高了数据可靠性。该电路体积小、重量轻、功耗低、测试方法简单,经过实验验证,已成功地应用在实际工程项目中。
Abstract:
 As the aviation electronic product complexity and integration degree is higher and higher,to improve product reliability and re-duce the weight,volume,power consumption is becoming a kind of trend of hardware design at present. Traditional discrete circuit is im-plemented intricately,with many components,taking up large area and testing is complex,so put forward a new kind of design and test method for discrete signal circuit based on discrete chip HKA03201,providing self detection,redundancy,error checking and fault isola-tion and other functions,which improves the reliability of the data. This circuit has the advantages of small size,light weight,low power consumption,simple test method. Through experiment,it has been successfully applied in practical engineering project.
