摘要:
 变电站巡检工作是保证变电站安全稳定运行的关键工作之一,随着视频监控及数据分析技术的发展,利用视频数据分析技术实现变电站巡检的集中化、智能化,成为变电站巡检的趋势。文中首先分析了变电站巡检工作的现状及应用的局限性,然后介绍了基于视频监控的变电站自动巡检系统。系统通过电网统一视频监控平台( SG-UVP)获取变电站监控视频数据,利用视频对变电站关键设备运行状态的智能识别和判断,实现巡检的集中化、智能化、可视化,同时介绍了相应的建设案例。实践证明该系统对变电站运行维护工作效率提升具有显著的经济与社会效益,具备推广价值。
Abstract:
 Substation routine inspection is one of the key work to ensure substation safe and stable operation. With the development of vid-eo surveillance and data analysis technology,using video technology to make substation inspection centralized,intelligent,has become the trend of the substation inspection. In this paper,analyze the current situation of the substation inspection work and application limitations, and then introduce the substation automatic inspection system based on video surveillance. The system gets video data through the State Grid Unified Video monitoring Platform ( SG-UVP) ,according to video intelligence algorithm to identify and judge key equipment and place status,realize the inspection centralized,intelligient and visualized,meanwhile describe the construction of the corresponding case. The practice has proved that the system has a significantly economic and social benefits to improve efficiency of substation operation and maintenance,also with promotional value.
