摘要:
 CMMI标准和敏捷开发是当前最受关注的两种开发模式。 CMMI适合于对大中型软件的开发需求,但是CMMI要求项目在开发过程中遵循复杂的过程,需要产生和维护大量的文档。敏捷方法特别适合于小型软件的开发,但是对于大型软件的支持不足。为了扩展敏捷方法的适用范围,文中讨论了一种满足CMMI三级标准的Scrum敏捷开发模型。对照CMMI三级标准,分析了新的Scrum模型中人员角色的分配、项目计划过程的制定、过程和产品质量保证的融合、配置管理过程域的安排、组织资产库的交互等内容。该Scrum模型在满足CMMI三级标准的基础上仍然保持了较高的敏捷性,更好地适应了大中型软件的开发。
Abstract:
 CMMI and agile development are the top two development models at present. CMMI is adapted to the development requirement of large and medium sized software, while it produces and maintains a lot of documents because of abiding by complex development process. Agile development is fit to small sized software,but it is short of large sized software. In this paper,present a Scrum agile devel-opment model satisfied with CMMI level three in order to enlarge the application scope of agile method. Compared with CMMI level three,analyze the contents about allocating personnel character,making project plan,fusing process and product quality assurance,arran-ging configuration management,interacting organization asset library. This new Scrum model still maintains high agile feature on the basis of satisfying CMMI level three,and more it adapts to the large and medium sized software development.
